At the UKRC they have a wealth of experience and knowledge in operating successful mentoring and networking programmes. They offer expert advice to individuals or organisations on how to access, set up or improve mentoring and networking schemes to help women get support, develop skills and make contacts. The mentoring team currently runs a number of programmes that employers or individual women can join. They can also signpost you to other existing schemes around the UK.
Alternatively they are happy to visit your organisation and provide practical support and advice on how to set up or improve a scheme – including help with recruitment, marketing, training, monitoring and evaluation. This service is available to employers, learning providers, trade associations, professional bodies, individual women of all ages, and others.
Mentoring is ….
“To support and encourage people to manage their own learning in order that they may maximise their potential, develop their skills, improve their performance and become the person they want to be”
Eric Parsloe, The Oxford School of Coaching & Mentoring
